This site introduces our mortgage comparison and advice service. The guides, articles and FAQs on it are general information for UK consumers. They are not personal advice, and nothing on this site should be read as a recommendation to take out, keep or switch any particular mortgage.

Personal advice is only given once you have spoken to an adviser, who will take the time to understand your circumstances before recommending anything.

The lending and affordability calculators are estimation tools. They use the figures you enter and standard formulas to give an indication of monthly payments or potential borrowing. They do not check your credit, they are not a mortgage offer or an agreement in principle, and they cannot account for lender-specific criteria, fees, insurance costs or your full financial position. A lender and an adviser confirm real figures.

When you submit a callback request you are asking us to contact you about your enquiry. There is no charge, no obligation and no impact on your credit score. We will use your details as described in our privacy policy. Please only submit your own details or the details of someone who has asked you to.

We work hard to keep the content on this site accurate and up to date, but rates, fees and lender criteria change frequently. Figures shown on this site are illustrative. Nothing here forms part of a contract.
